Body-Power - Presence, Listening and Action - Body, free writing and movement practicesIn this session, we will explore ways to connect with sensation, perception, and body awareness. We will experiment with possibilities of stillness/quietness and movement/restlessness, communicating without (and with) spoken words. What power do we carry in our bodies? How do we feel it and reveal it? I propose an attitude of welcoming (self-)inquiry. Each person at their own pace and in their own way.

Circle of Fire
Mariana Caló and Francisco QueimadelaUrban gardens and green spaces are territories of freedom, learning, and resistance, inviting us to reflect beyond their merely scenic dimension. In a peaceful yet active way, they reaffirm the urgency of nature in the occupation of urbanized territories. Drawing from our practice as visual artists and filmmakers, and from our experiences in a rural plot nestled within the urban fabric of Porto, we propose an informal interaction around a campfire to explore these micro-territories as spaces that challenge conventional urban logic and propose alternative geographies for occupation and coexistence.
